In Austy Wood there are masses of bluebells, in season. It can be muddy and dark in the wood after rain. The food at the Navigation Inn is good value. The route. The Bluebell Walk follows a picturesque leisurely six-mile ramble taking you amongst the stunning bluebells and through enchanting woodland on the North Downs. Walkers will be offered an additional route on the North Downs Way which bypasses the stiles at Lower Dean Farm. A decision on which route to take can be made whilst on the walk.
